Bishop is only about a forty minute drive from Mammoth Lakes, but has a very different topography and feel to it. This small cowboy town sits square in the middle of the Owen’s Valley, and this is where you will find most big-air pilots hanging around at. Paiute and Flynn’s are the two sites which receive most of the attention, both of which are located just east of town in the White Mountains.
